What's On Sale?

All in stock canvases, threads, and accessories will be on sale - 30% off the price you see on the product page or in the shopping cart. This discount is applied automatically!

With over 1500 items already marked down on the website - the additional 30% off will make some canvases over 40% off and many more over 50% off. This stacked discount is calculated and applied automatically!

    All Canvases will be at least 30% off - some canvases already marked down will be over 50% off after the automatic discounts are applied.

  • Threads

    Whether you're shopping threads "a la carte" or you've selected a "Kit Option" to have a canvas kitted, the automatic discount will apply!

Do I Need To Use A Promo Code or Coupon?

Nope - all discounts will be automatically applied in checkout! If you're unsure of the pricing on anything don't hesitate to reach out at help@lycettedesigns.com.

What Is and Isn't Included With My Canvas?

Unless you have specifically selected a kit option, your canvas will not include threads. Tucked in each canvas is a needle, sized appropriately for the canvas you've purchased. If you need a Beginner Continental or Beginner Basketweave Card with your order be sure to add them to your cart, free of charge!

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship within three (3) business days - most ship faster than that! *Update 12/2 - We are working through orders daily - please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship*

Orders with a request for special threads considerations, color swaps, etc. should ship within one (1) week, if not faster!

Canvases with monograms and other modifications will ship in 3-5 weeks. Orders containing both monogrammed and non-monogrammed canvases will be split shipped.

My Tracking Hasn't Updated, What's Going On?

Shipping service times can vary, especially during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. When trying to track a package, please know that Lycette has the same access and visibility to tracking as you do. We will do our best to work with a carrier to received updates, however, their systems are not always operating in real-time.

If your tracking number has not updated in seven (7) days please email help@lycettedesigns.com.

My Order Qualified for Free Shipping, What Should I Expect?

At Lycette Designs inventory orders over $99 always receive free standard shipping. Standard shipping is defined as an estimated carrier time ranging from 2-4 days depending on the shipping address.

Does The Discount Apply To Finishing?

Sorry! This promotion includes canvases, threads, accessories, and most customizations. Finishing is not eligible for the 30% off promotion.

I Placed Multiple Orders, Will They Ship Together?

Due to the high volume of orders during this promotion we cannot guarantee that we will catch all instances of combining orders. If we are able to combine the orders before shipping we will also refund any duplicate shipping charges!

Is This For In Stock Items Only?

Yes, this promotion applies only to in stock items. In the event of an inventory discrepancy (two purchases at the same time, etc.) our only option may be to refund you for the out of stock item.
