Lycette ships exclusively through USPS. Calculated charges are based on inventory items, shipping address, and a $4.00 handling fee.
Orders of available stock are shipped within 3 business days of placement. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you may receive the tracking number immediately, you must wait until your package is scanned in by the carrier to begin tracking your package.
** Free USPS Priority Shipping on inventory orders over $249. $249 threshold applies to inventory items and does not include shipping charges and applicable taxes. Discount applied in checkout automatically.
Right now we aren't able to service international orders, however, we hope to offer this service before the 2020 holiday season.
Returns & Refunds
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. Accepted returns will be refunded in form of a store gift card.
- Canvases that have been stitched or damaged cannot be returned.
- Fibers that have been cut or opened are not eligible for return.
- Fibers considered to be in good, returnable condition, must match the shop dye lot to be accepted for store credit.
- Lycette is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address was entered in checkout.
