Can I preorder/reserve an out of stock canvas? 

Because of the variables in restocking inventory we do not offer pre-order for out of stock canvases nor do we "reserve" inventory for when canvases come back in stock. Instead you can place yourself on a waitlist. When the canvas comes back in stock you will then be notified via email.  


What carrier do you use for shipping?  

We ship via USPS & UPS. In stock items will typically ship within three business days of the order being placed.  Please reference our shipping and returns page for further information. 


Do you accept commissions for custom orders?

No, we are not accepting commissions for custom orders. We are happy to refer you to a custom artist appropriate for the project you are looking for. 


I just completed my purchase, how long will it take to ship?

Our team takes 1-3 business days to process an order. Please note, all orders placed past 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. You'll get a shipment email with a tracking number as soon as the order ships.


What is Mr. Ohs favorite meal? 

Old Bay anything.

Do you sell wholesale? 

No, our Lycette canvases are only available through Lycette, either via our online store, via phone order (561-469-9155) or by visiting our shop on Palm Beach. 


I would love to have my project finished! I have stitched it, what's next?  

If you are not able to stop into our retail location please send your project in a trackable package to Lycette (address below). Please include your name, contact information (telephone or email), and a brief description of how you would like your project finished. Once the package is received we will call you to go over finishing ideas including style, fabric, cording, etc.


On the topic of finishing, how long will it take? 

Our standard time for finishing is 6-7 months.  Leather belts and key fobs are approximately 16 weeks, and leather purses/clutches will take 12+ months.

Holiday Finishing Deadline for the 2022: March 1, 2022.

All finishing lead times are estimates.  We are not able to guarantee a return date for any finishing item.


I bought a canvas with fiber, what will I get? 

We do our best to include the most accurate colors and the correct quantities of fiber.  If you know you use a lot of fiber, or are planning another stitch, let us know so we can make adjustments.  Kit prices are advertised on the product's page and are based on $2.00/skein for DMC and $6.50/skein for Silk and Silk Blends (ex: a $14.00 DMC Kit would include 7 skeins of DMC).  If you aren't sure just send us a message! 


I received my canvas, but it is different than it looks on the screen. What gives?

Resolutions change from screen to screen. We use professional photography to ensure colors on canvases are represented as accurately as possible on screen; however, due to settings and different resolutions colors can appear differently on screen vs. in person.
