It's no secret that I love needlepoint, but another pastime I adore is hosting. COVID may have put a hamper on gatherings this holiday season, but that doesn't mean that we can't make the most with our small circle of loved ones.
My favorite way to elevate any gathering is with a beautiful tablescape. Naturally when Ala von Auersperg asked me to create Lycette's ideal Christmas tablescape I lept at the opportunity.
To most Christmas is traditionally red and green, but for a coastal Palm Beach Christmas I adore a coral and periwinkle table. Our placemats and napkins that feature Mr. Needlepoint's and my monogram are from Ellis Hill in Dallas, the silverware was purchased at Williams Sonoma, and our wedding china is from my favorite, Herend. Add a gorgeous tablecloth, flowers from Renny and Reed, shells brought back from our honeymoon at the Gasparilla Inn, and a sprinkling of silver and white glitter balls from Michaels and Voila! A table is set.
Although a deviation from our normal needlepoint content I had such fun dreaming up Lycette's Christmas tablescape. Would you like to see more of Lycette's lifestyle? If so please leave a comment below detailing what you would like to see!
